What does Jesus think of my boss?

As an executive coach, I’m often asked to assess a client’s boss's behavior. In most cases, the request accompanies the question of whether they are wrong to feel that their leader isn’t acting in a professional manner.

After several occurrences of seeking my judgment, it occurred to me that my opinion isn’t the one that matters. Rather, the standard should be Christ-like behavior.

To help me guide my clients in their assessment, I created a comparison of Christ-like behaviors a leader should demonstrate versus un-Christ-like behaviors.
